GENERAL INFORMATION All of my tiaras are available on either silver or gold plated tiara bands, with a choice of beads and crystals in colours to suit your needs. All tiaras are also suitable for bridesmaids and can be re-sized accordingly. I can also customise matching jewellery for each tiara design. Please note that since all of my designs are individually handcrafted, slight variations may occur. All items come beautifully presented in gift boxes or gift pouches. SEMI BESPOKE SERVICE If you see any product in my collection that you would like some minor changes incorporated into the design i.e. different coloured beads, silver tiara made in gold etc, then please contact me. This will ensure that I can source suitable materials if I do not have them in stock, and that you will receive your item within a suitable timescale. Please state your requirements in your e-mail along with the date of your Wedding and a contact telephone number, and I will aim to get back to you within 24 hours. BESPOKE SERVICE It is my opinion that each Bride should wear the Headdress which compliments her dress perfectly. Therefore if you do not see a design in my collection which is perfect for you, then I would like to offer you the opportunity to work together with me to create a piece that will be unique to you on your special day. Please e-mail me in the first instance, including your telephone number and Wedding Date. ORDERING INFORMATION To place an order and pay by Credit or Debit crad, simply add the product to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. If wishing to pay by Cheque or Postal Order, please email me at weddingsandproms@aol.com stating the item you would like. I will then forward address details for payment. DELIVERY TIMES All products in my collection are handmade to order unless otherwise stated. I will make every effort to ensure a delivery time of 21 days upon receipt of payment. You will be contacted shortly after placing your order with an estimated time of delivery. Should you have a very tight deadline, please contact me and I may be able to accommodate urgent requests. Please note that timescales may be longer for bespoke items. DELIVERY CHARGES All items are posted FREE OF CHARGE. RETURNS AND REFUNDS If you are not completely satisfied with your products, please contact me within 2 days of receipt: • Full refund (excluding postage cost) will be given on goods returned in original condition and in original packaging within 7 days. • Refunds will not be given for bespoke items. • Refunds will not be given for used goods, or goods returned after your wedding. • All returns will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
